Key Account Manager Relocation Services (Africa & Middle East)
Location: Cape Town

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider in relocation services, who is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role focused on managing high-value client relationships across Africa and the Middle East, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous business growth.

Key Criteria:

  1. Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Translate client needs into actionable business opportunities.
  4. Develop and present quotations and pricing structures.
  5. Identify innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  6. Coordinate with Global Mobility Coordinators and internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
  7. Oversee the implementation of client procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
  8. Produce and refine client reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  9. Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  10. Carry out other duties as assigned by management to support company goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in business or a service-related industry (preferred).
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in Key Account Management or similar client-facing role.
  3. Exposure to USA-based clients is highly desirable.
  4. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; French is a strong advantage.
  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  6. Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
