Job Description

To manage and support the key accounts team, including:

  1. Drive an increase in the average balance of specific portfolio assets as defined in the Financial Performance Report
  2. Increase liabilities such as Call reports, 32 Day Deposits, Fixed Deposits
  3. Manage costs within budget to achieve efficiencies
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and innovative solutions
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships to support sales strategies
  6. Maintain knowledge of legislative changes, industry best practices, and provide advice to stakeholders
  7. Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through contact and lead generation
  8. Support sales activities to ensure client retention
  9. Ensure efficient administration through planning, reporting, and updating information
  10. Comply with legislative and audit governance requirements
  11. Enter and maintain qualified leads in the sales pipeline daily
  12. Monitor and influence sales activities to increase efficiencies
  13. Develop materials, templates, guidelines, FAQs, and processes
  14. Research market trends, competition, and identify new entrants and opportunities
  15. Provide accurate business intelligence and analyze data for better decisions
  16. Manage personal development to enhance competencies
  17. Plan and manage team performance, skills development, employment equity, and culture to foster innovation and efficiency
