The main purpose of this position is to establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients in the Office, Industrial, and Retail sectors. The focus is on corporate structure, personal relationships with key decision-makers, clients' business strategies, and offering professional property consultancy services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of key account management experience in the property industry
- Background in property letting negotiation
- Experience in property marketing and sales
- Development, redevelopment, and relocation leasing experience
- Relevant degree in property, finance, legal, or sales-related fields
DUTIES:
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with clients across the Retail, Office, and Industrial sectors, focusing on:
- Corporate structure
- Personal relationships with C-suite executives
- Clients’ business strategies
- Offering professional property consultancy services
- Positioning the company as a preferred property partner
- Providing services and space solutions in major metropolitan nodes across all three sectors
- Referring clients leasing in one sector to lease in others
Enhance relationships with clients leasing space across portfolios and sectorsEstablish lease expiry profiles with other landlords to facilitate space offerings in collaboration with internal teamsIdentify and establish relationships with large space users who are not tenants to offer services and spaceAssist marketing in formulating and implementing sector-specific strategies nationallyDevelop and implement a tenant retention policy in collaboration with property and asset management teamsConduct industry research and trend analysis to identify needs and emerging companies/sectorsImplement and manage the CRM software to profile clients, record contacts and inquiries, monitor demand, and maintain a database of lease expiry profiles
