Position Summary
The
Key Accounts Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding strategic relationships with key customers while achieving assigned sales targets and supporting business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software, or Telecoms
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role
- Experience in an electronics environment or working with utilities (advantageous)
- Proven success in driving commercial results and accurate sales forecasting
- Familiarity with pre-payment and revenue management systems
- Experience with CRM tools such as SAP and Salesforce
- Strong grasp of commercial strategy, marketing, and business planning
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Objectives: Drive annual sales targets through structured planning, proactive engagement, and consistent execution in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
- Grow Strategic Key Accounts: Strengthen relationships with existing key customers and identify new business opportunities using a solution-oriented approach.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention through regular in-field interactions.
- Ensure Profitability & Forecast Accuracy: Maintain healthy product margins and ensure accurate sales forecasting to align with business goals.
- Support Timely Revenue Collection: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cash collection, supporting business operations and cash flow.
