About the Role

As a Key Account Manager at Kerry, you will identify opportunities and create value for key accounts.

You will lead market activities with a comprehensive menu management approach, supported by applications and marketing initiatives.

This role involves building and maximizing relationships with strategic customers, demonstrating Kerry's value proposition.

You will gain experience working with major QSR industry players and influence key decision-makers internally and externally.

Your efforts will help achieve sales targets and position Kerry as the top-of-mind partner for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships, overseeing all activities in line with segmentation guidelines.
  • Complete commercial agreements with customers per Kerry policies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize Kerry technologies.
  • Secure agreement and implement pricing plans.
  • Ensure staff compliance with Kerry systems and processes.
  • Participate in developing and achieving annual budgets.
  • Monitor variances and collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business trends to develop growth strategies and manage the opportunity pipeline.
Business Development
  • Manage sales efforts for assigned key accounts.
  • Negotiate customer agreements to meet margin targets.
  • Develop strategic accounts and create sustainable growth for Kerry and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years of Key Account Management experience.
  • Strong technical background.
  • FMCG experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Kerry's product portfolio and African markets.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
