Qualifications / Requirements:
- Recognised Business Degree/National Diploma in Marketing or Retail
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail/marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with above-average product knowledge
- Experience dealing with large client groups

Key Performance Areas:
- Identify corporate sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with fleet companies to increase volume and market share
- Assist dealers in selling vehicles to fleet owners based on needs and economic considerations
- Increase company volume and market share through corporate fleet sales
- Develop strategies to improve product penetration in corporate fleets
- Manage a corporate sales contact programme for key accounts
- Utilise SAP CRM system and processes to maintain accurate client data
- Use demonstration vehicles for marketing and promoting products among corporate clients
- Monitor competitor fleet activities and develop strategic recommendations
- Negotiate with fleet owners to secure additional vehicle sales
- Participate in new product launch meetings
- Advise dealers and divisions on corporate sales matters
- Develop corporate sales policies and guidelines for fleet packages
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend vehicle specification changes
- Coordinate corporate sales promotional activities
- Evaluate sales results and plan further actions
- Support dealer efforts in corporate sales strategies, prospecting, staff development, and CRM processes
- Strengthen links between dealer networks and corporate customers to boost sales
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to maximize sales results
- Manage ongoing corporate sales projects to improve department operations
