Job description

Reporting To : Managing Director

Seniority Level : Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)

Type : Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all our casino customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
2. Conduct regular site visits to understand customers' operations and provide tailored casino solutions.
3. Act as the liaison between our casino customers and the internal team to address any operational issues.
4. Coordinate technical-related issues with our technical support team for resolution.
5. Support customers in understanding the technical aspects of the EGMs, ensuring they can operate the EGMs effectively.
6. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through game performance management and upgrades.
7. Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the company's footprint within performing casino operations.
8. Collaborate with Aristocrat to ensure customers are informed of new product offerings.
9. Oversee EGM installations ensuring minimal disruption to the customers' operations.
10. Manage lease agreement contract renewals and negotiations, aligning customer needs with company profitability.
11. Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer needs, industry trends, and escalations to Aristocrat.
