Our client, a creative, fast-growing branding studio based in the heart of the Winelands. Is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager / Client Service professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients – understanding their needs and goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver impactful branding campaigns
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance based on industry trends and best practices
  • Act as a liaison between clients and teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Stay on top of industry trends and share valuable recommendations with clients

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related filed
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management / client service within the branding, marketing, or advertising industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills – able to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working with branding, marketing, or advertising campaigns (preferred)
  • Collaborative team player, but confident working independently
