Our client, a creative, fast-growing branding studio based in the heart of the Winelands. Is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager / Client Service professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for your clients – understanding their needs and goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver impactful branding campaigns
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide strategic insights and guidance based on industry trends and best practices
- Act as a liaison between clients and teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Stay on top of industry trends and share valuable recommendations with clients
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related filed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management / client service within the branding, marketing, or advertising industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills – able to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with branding, marketing, or advertising campaigns (preferred)
- Collaborative team player, but confident working independently
