Requirements:
- Recognised Business Degree / National Diploma in Marketing or Retail
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail / marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with above average product knowledge
- Experience in dealing with large client groups

Key Performance Areas:
- Identify corporate sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with fleet companies to increase volume and market share
- Assist dealers in selling vehicles to fleet owners according to their needs
- Grow the company's volume and share through corporate fleet sales
- Develop strategies to improve product penetration in corporate fleets
- Manage a corporate sales contact programme for key accounts
- Utilise the SAP CRM system and processes to maintain accurate client data
- Use demonstration vehicles to promote products and the brand among corporate clients
- Monitor competitor fleet activities and recommend strategies
- Negotiate with fleet owners to secure additional vehicle sales
- Participate in new product launch meetings
- Advise dealers and divisions on corporate sales matters
- Develop corporate sales policies with fleet owners, including fleet package guidelines
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend vehicle specification changes; facilitate quick resolution of customer queries
- Plan and coordinate corporate sales promotions
- Evaluate sales results and plan further actions
- Focus on dealer efforts in sales strategies, prospecting, staff development, CRM, marketing initiatives, client visits, and new business acquisition
- Strengthen links between dealer network and corporate customers to increase sales
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers for optimal results
- Manage ongoing corporate sales projects to improve department operations
Salary: R50 000 to R60 000 per month, plus benefits, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
