Our global logistics client is seeking a highly driven and innovative Key Accounts Manager to join their exceptional team at thfice in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Position Info:

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Client Satisfaction:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing clients by proposing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Serve as a communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Execute prospecting sales activities, including setting up appointments.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve performance and approaches.
  • Provide innovative, tailored solutions addressing client needs.
  • Keep clients informed about industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Matric with computer literacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
