Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer relationships and expectations proactively, focusing on 3PL distribution and other business units, in line with contractual agreements.
  2. Manage distribution partners according to SLA and commercial frameworks.
  3. Identify new opportunities within existing client base to expand 3PL distribution services.
Data Analysis
  1. Analyze and report on distribution business monthly to identify emerging trends.
  2. Communicate potential risks or changes to the National KAM promptly.
  3. Engage with 8 customers and suppliers weekly.
  4. Conduct monthly check-ins with the National KAM regarding customer engagements.
Database Quality
  1. Maintain accurate and updated client records, including contact details and revenue projections.
  2. Establish effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills
  • Understanding of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
  • Strong analytical and networking skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a distribution environment.
