ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Associate. The Key Account Associate will be assigned a specific group of customers.
The individual is tasked with maintaining and developing business-oriented relationships. By taking ownership of the accounts, they will improve ACDC Dynamics' interest in the allocated customer base and facilitate the sales process between ACDC Dynamics and the customer. Through interactions with clients, they will achieve agreed-upon targets and implement ACDC Dynamics' business initiatives.
Purpose of the Role:
To generate sales using various customer sales methods, forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness. To assess customer skills and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
The role also involves maintaining accurate and complete customer account information.
