Job description

We are looking for an experienced, go-getter & passionate Key Accounts Associate to maintain and develop business-oriented relationships with existing and new clients.

We are a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of products in the engineering industry, specifically electrical, electronics, pumps, tools, and solar.

What the role is about :

  • Getting the sale using various sales methods;
  • Developing “out of the box” sales strategies / models and evaluating their effectiveness;
  • Evaluating clients’ skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships;

Maintain accurate and complete client account information.

Responsibilities :

  • Generating new leads, developing existing client base, and fostering relationships between ACDC and clients.
  • Handling client inquiries.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding the marketplace relative to product offerings and client demographics.
  • Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities, positioning, and branding within client stores.
  • Assisting in product launch programs, client days, and awareness campaigns.
  • Training clients on products as needed.
  • Executing sales strategies.
  • Giving sales presentations to various audiences when required.
  • Managing client relationships and providing excellent service and support.
  • Providing market feedback and research insights.
  • Responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Formulating quotations and following up.
  • Attending sales meetings and reporting activities.
  • Planning and submitting weekly calls and activity reports.
  • Maintaining client accounts.
  • Analyzing market trends and providing competitive feedback.
