The Key Account Specialist is a mid-management level role reporting to a senior account manager responsible for the gas / forecourt channel. The individual must have entrepreneurial traits and be a self-starter to enable them to deliver on sales, volume, and profitability targets. The Key Account Specialist needs to be able to devise a medium-term vision based on a thorough understanding of customers, trends, and opportunities with attention to detail. The person should feel comfortable taking calculated risks, identifying and exploiting opportunities to achieve business advantages. Sharing best practices with colleagues and customers to enable RedBull to gain a competitive advantage is expected. A creative, analytical, and action-oriented personality, capable of building strong strategic customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally and internationally, is essential.
