Job description

• Responsible to manage critical key accounts across the SSA region with a special focus on expanding market share
• Ensure the execution of aligned market plans
• Strategy development and implementation
• Analyze market trends, channels, customers, and competitors to ensure sustainable performance, identify risks and opportunities
• Support teams in channel development and promotional planning
• Ensure timely implementation of Green Field Projects in Zimbabwe, Zambia & Morocco
• Implement trading terms, distribution agreements, and annual promotional grids
• Conduct regular market visits to identify execution improvements and pricing strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree preferably in Business Management or similar
• Sound knowledge of commercial economics
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing key accounts across Africa (Africa experience a prerequisite)
