In this role, you have the opportunity to: be responsible for developing and optimizing sales for Philips Personal Health (Male Grooming, Beauty, Oral Health Care, and Mother & Childcare) within major retail channels, including hypermarkets, distributors, and e-commerce. You will represent Philips in these accounts and act as an internal champion. You are expected to understand customer strategies deeply and define account strategies that drive profitable growth for Philips, managing the execution of key promotions to boost sell-out. The goal is to maximize the value of the short- and long-term business within these accounts for Philips.
