Job Title Key Account Manager - South Africa Job Description Job title : Key Account Manager - South Africa We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Personal Health team in Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa.

In this role, you will : Develop and optimize sales for Philips Personal Health (Male Grooming, Beauty, Oral Health Care, and Mother & Childcare) within major retail channels, including hypermarkets, distributors, and e-commerce.

Represent Philips in these accounts and act as the internal champion for these accounts.

Understand customer strategies and define account strategies to drive profitable growth for Philips.

Manage the execution of key promotions to increase sell-out.

Build long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize value and market share.

Coordinate with Marketing, Order Desk, and Supply Chain teams.

Develop account strategies aligned with customer priorities and drive sales plans.

Implement continuous improvement practices via Lean methodologies.

Analyze sales results, market trends, competition, and legislation to inform operational planning and product portfolio decisions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications & Experience : Teritary education with minimum 5 years of experience.
