Responsibilities
  • Proactively address customer needs with personalized onboarding, training, and tailored solutions
  • Coach customers to become proficient in Zoho products, fostering independence and success
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and gather feedback for improvements
  • Engage with customers via travel, phone, email, and onsite visits to understand their needs and optimize their use of Zoho
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry best practices, trends, and obtain relevant certifications
Requirements
  • Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years in software support, with at least 2 years in SaaS
  • Experience in account management, customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Proven ability to support application or internet-based customers and manage multiple systems
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, leadership qualities, and passion for learning and teaching
Additional Details

Candidates must be based in or near Somerset West and be available to work regularly from our office. A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required for travel to customer sites. We value collaboration, innovation, and hard work in our team.
