Key Account Manager : Private Sector

We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Key Account Manager for the Private Sector, who will lead Altron's engagement with our most valued customers, specializing in building and maintaining relationships at all levels.

We seek an individual with relevant experience, a challenger mindset, and a growth-oriented approach, aiming for transformative business outcomes for Altron and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  2. Investigate customer requests and manage expectations.
  3. Validate, clarify, and assess customer needs continuously.
  4. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and ensure the company is held in high esteem.
  5. Coordinate with company executives and their contributions to customer management.
  6. Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs effectively.
  7. Ensure client commitments are met and customer requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.
  8. Coordinate company personnel involvement in strategic account management, especially in service and support, to meet account performance objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Handle issues professionally and promptly.
  10. Meet assigned sales targets to maintain profitable volume levels.
  11. Align assigned accounts with the company's strategic objectives and sales quotas.
  12. Achieve profitability expectations on assigned accounts.
  13. Collaborate with staff across departments such as service, implementation, sales, legal, finance, supply chain, and logistics to achieve sustainable growth.
  14. Communicate progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Manage pipeline with accuracy and detailed descriptions.
  16. Understand customer needs and create compelling pitches for all customer levels.
  17. Work closely with local and global partners to provide solutions.
  18. Foster collaboration within the Altron Group to drive a winning culture.
  19. Negotiate confidently and demonstrate a track record of performance.
  20. Gather competitive intelligence, market trends, and industry insights.
  21. Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across industries.
  22. Formulate and execute account plans with precision.
  23. Manage the book of business from invoicing to delivery, installation, revenue, and profit maximization.
  24. Maintain the highest level of integrity.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.
