Our Client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager or Merchant Growth Manager with demonstrated sales, customer success, and marketing experience at an intermediate level. Previous experience in the hospitality, retail, fintech, or corporate space will be advantageous.
The role involves growing existing clients by activating, educating, and expanding relationships through the company's proprietary product stack, especially after initial merchant acquisition.
This is a remote position, with occasional gatherings in Johannesburg South preferred.
