Job description
Our client is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to service the Port Elizabeth area.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base.
- Assist in managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on account activity, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Sales and Marketing qualification will be an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Experience in wholesale sales of hardware, fasteners, or industrial mountings is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Grade 12
- Min 1-3 yrs exp
- Valid drivers license
