PLAY a critical role with ongoing growth and success of a forward-thinking company committed to transforming the Insurance industry seeking a commercially savvy Business Development / Key Account Manager with a deep understanding of the Motor Dealer landscape. You will drive measurable, sustainable New Business growth by securing and growing strategic partnerships with motor dealerships and dealer groups - plugging the insurance solution into the right Dealer Partners. The ideal candidate must be technically competent with 1-3 years’ experience in the Motor Trade (Car Sales, F&I Manager, etc., and have proven experience in B2B Sales/Account Management (Motor Trade or Insurance Sector preferred).

DUTIES
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers within Dealerships, and develop long-term, trusted partnerships across all dealership levels.
  • Map dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.
  • Pitch and present tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealer’s unique business model.
  • Drive joint success with Office Bound Sales Operation teams to service relationships
  • Create group-level plans that actually move the needle.
  • Problem-solving skills to ensure seamless sales integration with Motor Dealers.
  • Keep the feedback loop alive so we’re always one step ahead.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-3 Years of experience in the Motor Trade (Car Sales, F&I Manager, etc).
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales/Account Management (Motor Trade or Insurance Sector preferred).
  • Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Sound commercial judgment and understanding of revenue drivers in motor retail.
  • Own car essential, as the role requires travel and networking.
