Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for account management and client service? A well-established company specialising in employee financial wellness solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Centurion, Lyttelton .

About the Role :

As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients. Your role will involve managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You will also act as a strategic partner between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain trusted client relationships

Serve as the lead contact for all key accounts

Oversee the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients

Drive retention and growth through excellent service and strategic upselling

Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations

Monitor performance and report on account metrics and feedback

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager,

Client Relationship Manager, or similar role

  • Experience within a corporate services, HR, financial services, or employee solutions environment is highly advantageous

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Matric (essential); a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
