The Key Account Manager works within Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), a B2B service that helps strategic vendor partners grow their business with Amazon. You will gain 360-degree exposure to all e-commerce related areas that affect long-term and short-term growth metrics for key vendors. You will act as a consultant driving success metrics on a daily basis and ensure the vendor’s AVS experience demonstrates our customer obsession. The role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams and management to grow and improve vendor success at Amazon. Internal teams include merchandising / marketing, new product launch, category leads, pricing, finance, and supply chain. The role is strategic, operational and tactical in nature.
