Job Role :

Maintain, grow, and enhance good relations with existing Flash clients to properly manage internal accounts and handle all administration related to these accounts.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage development and growth of assigned existing accounts.
  • Manage multiple accounts and maximize each in line with business objectives and requirements.
  • Ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively monitor account progress and provide feedback to the business.
  • Drive sales by introducing Flash products to existing accounts.
  • Serve as the lead contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, assisting with high-severity issues or escalations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure the execution and delivery of account requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct monthly forecasting, allocations, and reporting.
  • Administer proposals and performance reports.
  • Develop, implement, and track growth strategies.
  • Manage marketing activities and internal flow processes.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of Flash product agreements, including commercials, amendments, operating procedures, and compliance within the assigned national account portfolio.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders, emphasizing relationship-building over collaboration.
  • Increase brand presence by expanding the reach of Flash products at trader and customer levels within the account portfolio.
  • Contribute to innovative promotional planning and help achieve targets.
  • Gather and analyze competitor information, providing feedback and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mediate and resolve escalated queries within the account portfolio.
  • Maintain self-development and stay informed in all relevant areas.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all required systems and access information related to account management.
