Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers (e.g., government agencies, enterprises, leasing companies, distributors).
    2. Function as a bridge between the company and major customers, understanding customer needs and coordinating internal resources.
    3. Provide quality services and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Sales and Business Development:
    1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets of key customers and drive sales growth.
    2. Analyze business needs of major customers and customize sales plans.
    3. Explore new potential customers to expand market share.
  3. Contract Negotiation and Management:
    1. Conduct business negotiations with key customers to reach cooperation agreements.
    2. Supervise contract execution and ensure obligations are fulfilled on time.
    3. Promote contract renewal or upgrade to increase revenue.
  4. Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
    1. Understand target market dynamics and report on industry trends.
    2. Study competitors' products and develop competitive strategies.
    3. Provide support for product positioning and sales strategy based on customer industry research.
  5. Product and Service Solutions:
    1. Coordinate resources to provide customized product solutions.
    2. Provide comprehensive support for major customers, including after-sales service.
    3. Coordinate technical support to solve customer issues.
  6. Cross-Cultural and International Business Management:
    1. Adapt to the needs of customers from different cultural backgrounds.
    2. Familiarize with overseas market regulations and ensure compliance.
    3. Utilize global resources to provide competitive products and services.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Analyze customer purchasing data and optimize sales strategies.
    2. Predict market trends based on data and customer feedback.
    3. Report on sales performance and market dynamics.
  8. Teamwork and Internal Communication:
    1. Collaborate with various departments to meet key customer needs.
    2. Share customer feedback and market information internally.
    3. Coordinate internal resources to support key customers.
  9. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
    1. Identify potential risks in cooperation and develop mitigation strategies.
    2. Resolve unexpected problems or complaints promptly.
    3. Manage crises effectively to minimize impact on customer relationships.
  10. Performance Evaluation and Career Development:
    1. Regularly evaluate personal performance against targets.
