Role Overview

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will play a pivotal role in managing fleet sales, maintaining key accounts, and growing strategic business relationships across sectors such as rental companies, corporate clients, and government channels. The role requires strong sales expertise, relationship management skills, and cross-functional coordination, particularly in ensuring smooth aftersales support and collaborating with the dealer network to guarantee high-quality service delivery. The KAM will report to the Sales GM, working closely with various departments to drive sustainable revenue growth and uphold brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Sales & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize fleet sales volume and profitability.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Dealer & Aftersales Coordination: Liaise with the dealer network to ensure seamless aftersales service, addressing customer needs and optimizing service standards.
  • Strategic Relationship Development: Strengthen partnerships with rental, corporate, and government clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, aftersales, and operational teams to align strategies and drive efficiency.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and customer demands to refine strategies.
  • Revenue Optimization & Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing models that align with market conditions and company objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in fleet sales and key account management, with exposure to aftersales processes.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, particularly dealer operations and aftersales support.
  • Excellent negotiation, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing government procurement and rental fleet contracts (preferred).
  • Knowledge of automotive pricing strategies, service agreements, and contract management.
