About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Gauteng, driving expansion and market penetration.
- Engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and maximize client value.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle, from acquisition to ongoing account management.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Present tailored solutions that align with client needs, focusing on connectivity, voice, and managed services.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
