Key Account Manager required in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to East London and the Garden Route.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Experience with:
- Visiting clients.
- External accounts management.
- Nurturing existing clients.
- Proven ability to upsell and increase customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Professional demeanour and a customer-centric approach.
- Go-getter attitude: proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing customer expectations.
Key Performance Areas:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly visit customer sites to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Actively upsell additional products based on customer needs.
- Drive the sales of imported goods.
- Analyse and extract data from Excel to track sales and customer trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle all basic computer-related tasks efficiently, including email correspondence.
- Travel to East London and the Garden Route for one night every six weeks as part of a 12 week cycle.
Salary: R32 000 to R35 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience + commission.
