Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team and manage relationships with our existing customers, with a focus on cross-selling, upselling, and renewing contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.

This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships with existing customers and serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Present solutions to customers, addressing their unique needs and preferences, and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
  4. Work collaboratively with all teams, including sales, marketing, and technical, to develop and implement account-specific strategies and plans.
  5. Meet or exceed targets related to cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, preferences, and cross and activity.
  7. Actively seek out customer feedback and insights and use this information to inform product development and sales strategies.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and issues.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all customer interactions, and work to build trust and rapport with customers.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions and negotiate contracts.
  3. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.
