To assume responsibility for allocated global and national Key clients.

Principal Areas of Responsibilities :
- Developing new business within Key Accounts : Ensuring adherence to all Key clients' main agreements, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing agreements. Building a database of commonly hired skills and skills required to support clients' future resource needs. Marketing and cross-selling all solution offerings to Key stakeholders. Working closely with Business and Regional Managers to communicate client requirements. Managing a portfolio of Key account relationships. Meeting with Key client contacts to understand future projects and resource plans, building relationships, and discovering competitor activity. Identifying prospects for Manpower supply into SOW and Service-based Contract opportunities. Managing service reviews with clients to monitor KPIs and SLA adherence.
- Retaining existing business : Maintaining regular contact with clients to maximize business potential. Addressing problems promptly with suitable solutions. Maintaining profitable margins within corporate guidelines. Developing client relationships through planned visits. Keeping accurate documentation. Overseeing payroll amendments and mitigated risks from competitors or client changes. Ensuring proper referencing of applicants according to requirements.
- Effective administration : Preparing client documentation including SLA's, proposals, presentations, and pricing agreements. Communicating client requirements to relevant managers. Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently. Maintaining daily and weekly figures, forecasting, and conducting quarterly surveys for feedback. Assisting in proposals for RPO and MSP solutions. Ensuring Manpower SA becomes the staffing partner of choice through professional business development. Overseeing payroll and invoicing accuracy.
- Delivering quality service : Responding professionally to applicants and clients. Demonstrating industry knowledge to meet client needs. Maintaining communication, resolving complaints efficiently, and aligning with Manpower's standards. Managing debtors and following up on payments.
- Thought Leadership and Strategic Thinking : Understanding client challenges to develop value propositions. Offering solutions proactively. Partnering with stakeholders to deliver on brand promise. Staying updated on industry developments.
- Admin, Quality Control, and Compliance : Tracking all activities, utilizing Manpower processes and IT systems. Providing management reports. Achieving sales targets. Building sales skills and personal development. Identifying new business opportunities to increase margin and headcount.
Package & Remuneration : Monthly
