About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven software sales professional responsible for driving new sales, upselling, and cross-selling across LexisNexis solutions. The role involves proactively prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to foster growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve the annual financial targets of the Business Unit and implement customer retention strategies.
  2. Proactively develop sales pipelines and increase gross sales.
  3. Manage sales pipelines effectively and maintain accurate forecasts.
  4. Negotiate, structure, and close deals in partnership with the account management team.
  5. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within your designated territory.
  6. Manage multiple sales opportunities efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in technology software sales.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers through face-to-face, online, and social media platforms.
  • Effective at presenting both in person and virtually.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
