Job Key Result Areas
- Responsible for the activities of conducting REMchannel data uploads, includes the capture, formatting and analysing client data into the online portal.
- Provide support to the Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing, and coding documents and maintaining specialised and comprehensive records and filing
- Resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the company
- Providing internal and external client assistance by supporting industry information sessions
- Compile vendor registration, RFQs information required by the business
- Create all presentations and compile supporting documents for Industry information sessions
- Administrative functions which include but are not limited to taking minutes and format documents & reports according to REMchannel standards
- Generate and format reports from the REMchannel system
- Sets up and prepares statistical reports
- Involvement in assignments as and when required by the business
- Workshop and Training administration and co-ordination
Job Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification required
- Remuneration & Benefits background preferred, e.g., understanding of the various pay elements, i.e., grading systems, package structures, group life, retirement schemes, medical aid packages etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills a must
- Numerical ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent administrative skills
- Must be deadline driven and have an affinity for numbers
- Financial services experience advantageous
