From the Nueva Pescanova Group, we are looking for a KAM/ Sales Administrator in South Africa (Bellville), reporting to the South Africa Country Manager, # Niekie Kock.

What is the mission of this position?

Develop and execute sales plans to develop customer accounts and drive the foodservice and retail market within the seafood industry, under the direction of South Africa Country Manager.

What will be your main duties?

1. Comply with the sales budget and execute the commercial action plans.

  • Achieve growth in the Food Service business.
  • Define strategies to attract new customers.
  • Re-activate customers lost.
  • To make and present commercial proposals.
  • Assist in the development of trading operations if necessary.
  • Report sales progress.

2. Execute and manage sales to customers.

  • Placing orders and purchases, coordinating loads, invoicing and monitoring sales.
  • Coordinate the development and launch of new products for specific customers.

2. Collaborate in analysis of market, price and customer studies

  • Report data on markets, prices and customers
  • Carry out analysis and monitoring of the prices of the client portfolio.
  • Identify new sales channels and opportunities

What would we like to hear from you?

  • Business Administration or similar degree.
  • Experience in the seafood sector is required.
  • At least 5-7 years performing similar functions is essential.
  • Professional English level is a must.
  • As soft skills, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making capacity.

Where will your workplace be?

You will be based in the Bellville, South Africa office. Additionally, you will report directly to the Country Manager of South Africa and will work closely with Marketing, Finance and Origins (Namibia), among others.
