Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell parts and related services.
  • Respond promptly to incoming parts sales inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify customer requirements accurately and recommend appropriate parts based on product knowledge and system information.
  • Inform customers of promotions, discounts, and value-added services.
  • Provide professional advice regarding parts installation, maintenance, and compatibility.
Order Management
  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on open quotes to close sales.
  • Capture sales orders promptly and accurately into the system (ERP or CRM).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
  • Track orders and communicate status updates to customers.
Database & CRM Management
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Record all call interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Product & Market Knowledge
  • Stay informed about available parts and updates from suppliers.
  • Understand competitor offerings and market pricing to position products effectively.
  • Attend training sessions and product briefings to stay current with new parts and systems.
Sales Reporting
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Identify trends and report customer feedback to relevant teams.
