The company is dedicated to providing professional service to farmers across Southern Africa through knowledgeable Sales Specialists and Product Managers supported by extensive branch and dealer networks.

The following position is available: Administrative Specialist.

Responsibilities
  1. Warranty Administrative Duties
    • Monitor warranty claims for accuracy and validity.
    • Register warranty claims and process updates, including submissions to suppliers, maintaining records in Sage.
    • Report warranty claim statuses in monthly meetings.
  2. Logistics Administrative Duties
    • Coordinate and track deliveries across South Africa.
    • Process transport orders and invoices in Sage.
    • Coordinate with freight companies for cost-effective solutions.
    • Issue delivery and return notes for Wholegoods.
    • Maintain records with photographic evidence for audits.
    • Update assembly schedules and liaise with freight forwarders for import/export documentation.
    • Monitor shipment ETAs and inform relevant teams.
    • Notify sales of damages, shortages, and shipment issues.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO and declaration standards for shipments.
    • Review freight invoices for accuracy and hidden costs.
  3. Exports Logistics Administrative Duties
    • Obtain export freight quotations and ensure proper documentation for shipments.
    • Track and coordinate export shipments ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain detailed records of export documentation for audits.
  4. General Administrative Duties as required
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum: Post-Matric Certificate
    • Ideal: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Legal:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Training and Skills:
    • On-the-job training, proficiency in Word & Excel, Occupational Health & Safety
  • Experience:
    • Minimum: Administrative and clerical experience
    • Ideal: Experience in Logistics
