Old Mutual Digital Designer Role

Responsibilities
  1. New Websites Design and Delivery: Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced portals and websites to meet quality, cost, and timing goals, creating engaging user experiences.
  2. Website Maps and Templates Development: Develop draft website maps, application models, and templates for review to meet user needs and project standards.
  3. Digital Channels and Technology Management: Support digital channel management through benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, and site enhancements.
  4. Digital Marketing Plan Execution: Analyze and monitor digital marketing campaign performance.
  5. Design and Conceptualization: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products and services.
  6. Customer Experiences Implementation: Support initiatives to enhance customer experience, including testing tools and processes.
  7. Improvement / Innovation: Identify shortcomings and implement change management programs.
  8. Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using appropriate tools and methods.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Research customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations, providing feedback on client interactions.
  • Participate in personal capability building through training, education, and industry engagement.
