Job description

The vacancy is open to applicants with a minimum of 2 years' work experience.

Applicants are not required to have relevant prior experience; however, some understanding of skills development processes will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll
  2. Compiling Time & Attendance registers and signatures for the finance department
  3. Track and record replacement & changes of students
  4. Provide clients with feedback pertaining to their students for client payroll
  5. Oversee and assist with payroll queries
  6. Recruitment
  7. Track the replacement of terminated learners and co-ordinate with the recruiter to implement the best possible learner for the vacancy
  8. Quality check all applicant documentation
  9. Administration
  10. Ensure the learner data is always accurate and up to date
  11. Compile learner packs and implement document storage practices
  12. Ensure client folders are up to date and that all relevant documents are uploaded and complete
  13. Co-ordinate verification packs to ensure all documents are available and correct for audits
  14. Printing & Shipments
  15. Print and compile learner packs and related training documentation
  16. Co-ordinate shipping of documents
  17. Administrate replacement of learners and co-ordinate printing and shipping of required documents
  18. Registrations
  19. Ensuring registration of learners with the relevant SETA's and on company systems
  20. Documents for grants
  21. Provide documents required for Grants to the relevant departments
  22. Maintain records of learner progress throughout the learning lifecycle
  23. Collecting data from Outsourced Skills Providers
  24. Administration of document packs
  25. Administration of schedules
  26. Co-ordinating learner schedules with outsourced providers
  27. Managing of queries and issues that arise
  28. Co-ordinating and administration of registers and reports
  29. Learner Management
  30. Identify, analyze and resolve learner issues
  31. Co-ordinate, compile and oversee attendance registers
  32. Co-ordinate, compile and oversee replacements
  33. Manage learner performance and disciplinary processes
  34. Administration of Learner Progress
  35. Administrate client feedback reports and deadlines
  36. Track attendance and learner issues and co-ordinate with the relevant department to achieve resolution
  37. Management and collection of all Portfolios of evidence for assessment and verification purposes
  38. Administration of learner certification
  39. Induction
  40. Induction of learners on specific contract requirements and allocated intervention
