Legal Court Attendance Role

We are seeking an individual to attend court cases on our behalf. Our company re-sells courier services, offers delivery to consumers and businesses, and defends or initiates claims related to shipping charges and damages.

This role is ideal for a law student eager to gain legal experience or a lawyer with capacity for ad-hoc work.

Key requirements include:

1. Ability to present and defend a case in court.
2. Some knowledge of consumer rights versus business rights.
3. Based in England, with the ability to travel to court cases in your area (approximately 1-2 hours each way).
4. Attend roughly one case per month.
5. Represent us in court, with all paperwork and briefing provided.

Because the role involves defending cases with an average claim size of approximately £1,500, cost considerations are important.
