Our Client based in North End, Port Elizabeth, is looking to employ a Junior Trainee Administrator / Finance.

Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of permanent employment upon review.

Job Title: Junior Trainee Administrator / Finance

Location: PE - North End

Salary: R6,500.00 CTC (Cost to Company)

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
  • Completed Matric with Accounting, Business Studies, and Computer Applications Technology (CAT)
  • A tertiary qualification or currently pursuing one will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative and finance tasks as required
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Manage and maintain filing and documentation systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
