Ideal Candidates

Duties
- Represent clients in complex intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trademark, and trade secrets cases.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
- Assist with the discovery process, including managing document review and drafting discovery requests.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on IP litigation and enforcement issues.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategy and client management.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation at a large law firm.
- Strong technical background, ideally in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Active membership in the bar of the state in which the position is located.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education
J.D. from an accredited law school.
