Junior Telesales Representative (Mining) – Tshwane / Pretoria.
A very well-established national company is looking for a Telesales Representative to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Tshwane.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Representative who will be responsible for:
- Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Assisting the Sales Team to keep abreast of market trends and influences.
- Managing the accounts of existing customers through excellent relationships and a clear sense of goals and priorities.
Position Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Clear criminal record.
- Relevant sales experience in a similar position.
- Relevant industry experience within the mining, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines and sales targets.
- Experience in dealing with mines will be an advantage.
- Experience working on a global supplier network platform.
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to relate to people at all levels in an organization.
- Proven ability to get things done quickly, strong work ethic and ability to deliver within a pressurized environment.
- Must have excellent MS Office skills.
- Clear speaking voice, comfortable on the phone and an above-average command of English and Afrikaans (added advantage if the candidate can speak another South African language).
- Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Performance Areas:
- Execute existing Sales Strategies that are in line with the business plans:
- Show a keen interest in growing markets, generating leads, targeting new customers, and expanding market share.
- Develop and maintain existing customer base and maintain data in our CRM-system.
- Increase brand market share and grow turnover through regular one-on-one and telephonic contact with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and follow-up quotations, process orders and address enquiries from customers.
- Managing key accounts, contracts, and supplier network platforms.
- Be proactive, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding delivery dates and stock procurement to ensure service excellence.
- Evaluate market, provide feedback to management.
