Junior Technician Support

Overview : To coordinate and test all installations and maintenance work of security products

Duties :

1. Coordinating and testing of installations and maintenance of security products
2. Telephone assistance with troubleshooting, checking quality adherence and technical issues
3. Setup configuration and testing of all equipment on internal systems
4. Monitoring ticketing system
5. Be on standby over weekends / after hours for any issues (roster within department)
6. Ensure all asset information and technical information is up to date on internal systems
7. Always ensure system integrity and database integrity

Requirements :

1. Matric Certificate
2. Relevant qualification will be beneficial
3. Customer Service Experience
4. IT Support Experience
5. It will be beneficial if experience has been gained working in the Security industry

Remuneration :

Basic Salary R13 000 depending on experience
