Role Overview

Position: Systems Administrator
Location: Century City, Cape Town

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent tech support, including maintaining, managing, and repairing IT systems.
2. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
3. Work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities.
4. Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2-3 years in a similar role.
2. MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.
4. Network configuration experience.
5. User administration: Setup and Maintenance.
6. A+ / N+ certification.

Advantageous Tech Skills:

1. Security tools.
2. Office.
3. Experience with WAN / LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow).
