My client based in Cape Town is looking to add to his team of Customer Success Managers in the near future. This role is a great opportunity for Honours graduates with degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or similar. It is suitable for young, energetic, positive, and highly analytical candidates and offers an excellent entry into the exciting Supply Chain space for South Africans who enjoy working with people and are fluent in English.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure daily import of data into the system is successful.
2. Manage customer communications for all support issues.
3. Assist customers with daily interactions using specialised software (inventory/MRP).
4. Update customer portals on current outstanding issues (JIRA, TRELLO).
5. Prepare and present webinars on system functionalities and new features.
6. Attend client and internal meetings.
