Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Junior Structural Draftsman to create and revise 2D and 3D structural drawings under supervision. You will draft foundations, slabs, columns, beams and walls using Autodesk Revit, and assist with construction documentation while adhering to codes and internal standards.

You will collaborate with architecture, engineering and construction teams, follow QA procedures, and learn the company’s proprietary design methods.

Qualifications

0–5 years of experience in a draughting role; graduates with strong portfolios welcome.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and basic CAD principles.
Excellent attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive attitude and passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

Create and revise 2D and 3D structural drawings under the guidance of senior staff.
Draft elements such as foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and walls using Autodesk Revit.
Assist with the preparation of construction documentation and detailing.
Follow quality management procedures in place.
Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and internal standards.
Support coordination between architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
Learn and apply the Companyproprietary systems and design methods.
