Junior Sous Chef position available with established fine dining Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for individuals with 3+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in a la carte food delivery is essential. Must have good all-round cooking skills and the ability to run a section. Main duties will include food preparation, stock control, and some kitchen administration. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety is essential. Must be able to work in a team, be hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
