Job summary

Incanda Furniture, a division of Wheco Group, is seeking a Junior Developer to support our manufacturing systems. You will manage our in-house tracking application, improve processes, and deliver insights that guide operations and strategy.

The role requires a 1–2 year background in programming and data analysis, with strong SQL skills and experience developing BI dashboards. Collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Analytics/Eng or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in programming, data analysis, or similar.
• Experience with SQL databases and data reporting/dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage in-house manufacturing tracking application.
• Expand applications and develop new functionality.
• Maintain and manage data feeds between operating systems, databases, and tracking app.
• Maintain and enhance integration between business systems.
• Monitor workflows and resolve system issues.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze production data to provide actionable insights.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external partners for data/system management.
