Duties & Responsibilities

As a Junior Service Engineer, you will report to the Regional Service Manager and collaborate with senior engineers.

Your role involves hands-on technical work to install, maintain, and repair machinery. You will represent the company in the field, ensuring excellent customer service and meticulous documentation of service activities.

The teams are on the road 2-3 days a week and share standby duties.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Job requirements include:

• Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or trade qualification (e.g., millwright)
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (field experience is a plus)
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
