Location: Near the Airport, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

1. Logging all service calls.
2. Providing feedback to clients and communicating about parts requirements or delays.
3. Dispatching service calls to technicians.
4. Following up to confirm calls have been completed.
5. Ordering parts as needed.
6. Answering the switchboard.
7. Ensuring all staff sign the attendance register.
8. Logging toner calls.
9. Capturing meter readings.
10. Performing general office duties.

Salary: Approximately R11,000 per month.
